Welcome to Interior Alaska and my home on the web! This is a work in progress, so please check back periodically. Yes, we really do have life other than Eskimos up here and future links will show you that. We have many interests and hobbies. I will introduce you to quiltiing, Alaska, archaeology, cats, jokes, dragons, and scifi. I also make custom screen savers. Please check out the page and free demo. Just to show you what life up here is like, here is a picture of my cat Mukker (short for Mukluk [a native boot] a corruption of Runamuck Lucky) on a cold Autumn day. Yes, we do have a summer here in Alaska and these wild roses blooming in my front yard prove it! Notice the total lack of snow. Summers up here can get into the high 90F degree range when they feel like it. The average is closer to about 78. | Front Yard in Summer | ||||||||||||||||
